Hi everyone,

We'll be meeting as usual. Quite a few things on our plate besides food:
- update on the structure of the documentation (cf 
http://edam.speech.cs.cmu.edu/rcwiki/index.php/Documentation)
- proposed new directory structure that facilitates having several 
Olympus systems on one machine
- DateTime: should it be called by Phoenix, Helios, RavenClaw or none of 
the above? i.e. is it NLU or backend or something else?
- email notification in Pythia
- Thomas found a bug in Sphinx with single-member classes in the LM. David?
- Speaker adaptation?
- other stuff?
