RavenclawDev: BackendServer2

There is a BackendServer2 and RoomLineBackend. The dialog manager first
calls BackendServer2 (where gal_be is defined) which then calls
RoomLineBackend using a socket (not using hub, right?) What's the reason
for such hierarchy? (Similarly with NLGServer2)

If I just want to have a single java backend server instead
RoomlineBackend and BackendServer2, it should work, right?
