From laird.egan at lmco.com Wed Feb 22 10:25:58 2017 From: laird.egan at lmco.com (Egan, Laird) Date: Wed, 22 Feb 2017 15:25:58 +0000 Subject: [Olympus developers 545]: Olympus Build Error - Can't find CMake Message-ID: Hello, I am trying to build version 2.6.1 of Olympus and it seems to be having issues finding my CMake install. I have currently installed cmake-3.8.0, but have also tried 3.7.2 and 2.6.3 to similar results. I am getting an error in the terminal that says: "Argument 'CMake' isn't numberic in multiplication (*) at Build/OlympusBuild.pm line 1182" The offending function is "version_hack" but I think the bigger problem is that the script is not pulling the information correctly from the register. I threw in some debug lines to output variable values (which you can see in the build.log) and cmakeVer = "CMake" doesn't contain any versioning info (which then makes it break at "version_hack"). I don't have the expertise in Perl to understand how the TieRegistry is operating and why it is failing. Thanks in advance, Laird Laird N.
