[Olympus developers 546]: Help with phoenix parser

Hi,



I want to use phoenix parser for a prototype Alexa skill. I am using
flask-ask on python to build the prototype. I was hoping that you had some
solution for me that would help me use the parser. For one, directions on
how to run the phoenix server so that I could just run it as REST or if you
could help me figure out how I could call the parser functions on python,
it would be really helpful.
