[Olympus developers 511]: Problem in running olypus dialouge system

Dear Sir\Madam

I have tried to install Olympus, but it not working for me.I read the
download page and install all the prerequisite softwares except Flite(Can
you please provide me the exact link for downloading Flite for windows).I
tried to run the OlympusBuild.pl but its create error for me.Please help
me to proceed. Attaching the error file
