[Olympus developers 523]: How to get tools

Dear Developers:
   I'm sorry for bothering you, but I have some problem when study about Olympus. When I read the tutorial, it refers some useful tools such as cmp.bat, but I don't 
know how to get these tools. Could you spare some time telling me how can I get these tools. If I need to download them, please give me a link. Thank you very much.
