[Olympus developers 441]: Olympus on windows 8

[Fitsum Seyoum]

Hi, my name is Fitsum Seyoum from Ethiopia. I am doing my masters at Addis
Ababa University and intereseted in Dialogue systems.

I was trying to install olympus on windows 8 but couldn't fix the errors. I
removed all the recent versions of visual studio and installed visual
studio 2005. Cmake, ant are also installed.

Here is the summary of the build

KitWare key: The handle is invalid
Did you install CMake?
http://www.cmake.org/cmake/cmake/resources/software.html
Please install Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or 2008.
Can't seem to find ant.  See
