[Olympus developers 466]: Building Olympus on other platforms

We keep getting Audioserver and sometimes Apollo to crash, when we compile
it on VS 2010 and VS2013 on Windows 7 and Windows 8. 

 

Will http://trac.speech.cs.cmu.edu/repos/olympus/branches/vs2010/ work
better?

 

The Kalliope does not work on 64 bit as it is using 32 bit SAPI. But even
mixing 32 bit Kalliope (bundled with 32 bit LibOlympus library) also does
not work with other 64 bit components.

 

Any guidance on making this work on other platforms. Especially, on making
some of the servers to work on Linux.
