Hi Frank

Teamtalk (an olympus application) is probably a good place to start. It
takes user inputs through buttons (gui) and speech.

You particularly want to look at
http://trac.speech.cs.cmu.edu/repos/teamtalk/branches/tt-olympus2/Agents/PenDecoder/

It is a java module which behaves like the standard ttyrecognizer module in
olympus but it has buttons.
