[Olympus developers 406]: train.exe: what happened to it?

The file «Resources/Grammar/bin/train.exe» caught my eye when I was
mindlessly wandering through the repos/tutorials.

It seems to have vanished but I can't understand if it's functionality
was replaced or not.

Is there currently any tool which allows to modify a Phoenix grammar
using a tagged text corpus?
