[Olympus developers 361]: MaxParses in Phoenix

Trying to compile Phoenix on Linux, I get the following error:

../Server/phoenix_serv.c: In function ‘send_to_parse’:
../Server/phoenix_serv.c:141: error: ‘MaxParses’ undeclared (first use in
this function)

I looked for the string "MaxParses" in the entire Phoenix project, but
haven't found it outside this line:

   if( num_parses > MaxParses ) num_parses = MaxParses;

Where is it defined?
