[Olympus developers 275]: run meeting line

Hi,

I am new to the area and I would like to ask a simple question.
My project is to build a simple dialogue system using olympus. I have
downloaded the example of meeting line in order to start learning.
When i run SystemRun.bat in order to run the system i get the message
"Please set the OLYMPOUS_ROOT environment variable."
What should i do?
