Hi Thomas,
Are you building Olympus Trunk and/or MeetingLine with CMake?  If so, they
should be there, see
http://trac.speech.cs.cmu.edu/olympus/browser/trunk/CMakeLists.txt and
http://trac.speech.cs.cmu.edu/olympus/browser/example-systems/MeetingLine/trunk/CMakeLists.txt.
 The defines should be inherited.
