[Olympus developers 49]: Trac.speech is Back Online

Hi All,
  After days of work, Trac.speech.cs.cmu.edu is now back online running the
latest PHP, Apache, and Subversion and ready for your commits.  Please note,
while you will not be currently denied access if you do not have subversion
1.5; however, please note, that if you plan to merge, please do so with
Subversion 1.5.
