rc_net_host: skip searching infoblox aliases

When searching for assets by hostname in infoblox, skip matching against
aliases of host records. That particular query is extemely slow and,
while sometimes useful, mostly duplicates results obtained from RAMS.

With this change, searches for a hostname may miss results where the
search pattern matches a host record's aliases and that asset hast not
been refreshed in RAMS since the alias was added.
