Connectionists: Open-sourcing/publishing Hakken, SonyAI's scientific hypothesis-generation system

We just released Hakken, a domain-agnostic prediction and explanation system performing knowledge prediction, i.e., growing scientific knowledge by establishing novel relationships, ones that are not limited to the deductive hull of previous knowledge. We validated Hakken in the biomedical domain, wet-lab confirming two predictions with potential impact in the context of aging-related drug discovery and repurposing.
