Connectionists: Call for collaboration in Applied Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence (Indo-French Joint Research Proposal)

I am looking for a French researcher who has interest in mathematics for
AI, AI for scientific computing, advanced ML methods and willing to write a
joint project proposal with me on  "Applied Mathematics and Artificial
Intelligence” jointly opened by the Department of Science and Technology
(DST), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India and the French
National Research Agency (ANR). The deadline is 20th April. Interested
