Dear Connectionist community,
Happy to remind you about the seventh Models of Consciousness Conference<https://amcs-community.org/events/moc7-2026/>, October 12 – October 16, 2026, at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
At the request of several colleagues, the abstract submission has been extended to the 5th of July, 2026.
This year, we have a diverse program (check the website<https://amcs-community.org/events/moc7-2026/>), including a unique bottom-up transdisciplinary exercise to clarify concepts and reach common methodological standards in the field.
This collective community effort is the first of its kind: it is meant to shape the future of the field from the bottom up, i.e. from what actual consciousness scientists prioritise.
This opportunity is open to everyone in our scientific community. We expect to be as inclusive as possible, incorporating most scientific perspectives in the field. Yet, to keep a human-sized, intimate conference, spots may eventually be limited and talks rigorously selected.
We expect the deadline extension to help amplify the current awareness and relevance of this collective project.
Join us to make history as a scientific collective!
