Dear Colleagues,

We are excited to announce the opening of applications to the *2026
Neurobiology of Cognition Gordon Research Seminar *(GRS), taking place *July
18-19, 2026* at Waterville Valley, New Hampshire.

The GRS is a unique trainee-only (graduate students and post-docs)
opportunity for early-career scientists to share their research and build a
supportive community of peers exploring the neural basis of cognition. This
year’s theme, “Cells, Circuits, and Computation,” focuses on bringing
together diverse approaches to understanding cognitive function. We are
especially interested in work that employs computational modelling,
theoretical analysis, or Machine Learning inspired frameworks to understand
cognitive functions. The GRS will feature two poster sessions where all
attendees can present a poster. Attendees can also apply for a short talk. *For
full consideration, applicants interested in giving a talk should apply
before April 12th*.

In addition to the scientific program, the GRS will have many opportunities
for informal networking and career-focused discussions.

We highly encourage trainees to also apply for the associated Gordon
Research Conference (GRC) that follows (July 19-24). Please share this
opportunity within your labs and networks!
