The deadline for the registration for the EBRAINS Roadmap Debates is April 30th, 2026. The registration is open to all on a first come first served basis and there are still a few places left, thus please act soon.

The agenda of the Strategy Symposium is based on the 159 submissions received, of which 143 were accepted and will be published before the Symposium, framing the debates through five thematic questions. Three concern the science (the multiscale architecture of brain function; digital brain twins for disease mechanisms and intervention; the relation between brains, computation, and intelligent infrastructure) and two concern translation in the broad sense (clinical and technological translation; sustainability, accessibility, and societal responsibility of the infrastructure itself).

Many renowned scientists, such as Emil Kraepelin and Alois Alzheimer, made significant advances in psychiatry under its roof.

This Symposium will bring together the community to co-create the EBRAINS 10-Year Roadmap 2026–2036, contributing to a shared vision and implementation plan for the future of digital neuroscience in Europe.

REGISTRATION

I. Capacity
Participation is limited and registrations will be handled on a first come, first served basis. While the programme will build on contributions submitted to the Roadmap, the event is open to the entire community in digital neuroscience.

II. Fees
The registration fee is €75 per participant. This contribution covers catering, on-site support, and organisational costs. Payment is processed directly through the online registration form via Stripe.

Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses. No travel reimbursements will be provided for this event.
