Dear all,

We have two fully-funded PhD positions in my group at KTH on generative modelling for life science applications, with an application deadline of June 5.

Position 1: https://www.kth.se/lediga-jobb/814088?l=en
Position 2: https://www.kth.se/lediga-jobb/814090?l=en

Both positions are part of larger collaborations with more recruiting members at partner departments and/or universities. The role of both PhD students in my group would be to develop machine learning models, for life science data and tasks, published at machine learning venues.

We have a vibrant group, currently consisting of 6 PhD students and 2 postdocs who are active in different theoretical and application areas of machine learning. For a quick overview of activities in my group at KTH visit: https://www.csc.kth.se/~azizpour/
The group is part of the division of robotics, perception, and learning (RPL) with 14 faculty members and more than 60 PhD students which are co-located and regularly interact through several weekly, monthly, and yearly social activities. For a general overview of RPL visit: https://www.kth.se/is/rpl
The positions are fully funded. For information on PhD salaries at KTH visit: https://intra.kth.se/en/anstallning/anstallningsvillkor/lon/doktorandstegen-1.572915 Beside the salary, the trips to conferences to present own work is normally funded by the group.
Stockholm is an amazing city and the fastest growing capital of EU. For information on relocation to Stockholm, visit: https://www.kth.se/en/om/jobba-pa-kth/relocation/welcome-to-kth-relocation-1.517039
