*Modelling Active Information Sampling in Continuous and Time-Critical 
Environments *

We’re looking for a sharp, technically strong researcher for modelling 
active information sampling under uncertainty in naturalistic domains, 
both in terms of optimal solutions and actual human behaviour. The ideal 
candidate would have a strong background in reinforcement learning (e.g. 
POMDP) and some knowledge of continuous control methods (e.g. Gaussian 
processes). The work will combine theoretical modeling, algorithm 
development, and analysis of human behavioral experiments to test 
predictions.
