Two Calls Are Now Open!

   -

   Call for Contribution

Participants must submit a poster, an extended abstract, and,
optionally, a cinematic
video trailer to showcase their work.

These submissions are mandatory for the following:

   -

   All registered Master’s and PhD students
   -

   All recipients of travel or registration grants.


   -

   Travel Grant Call

Students may apply for financial support by submitting:


   -

   PDF including a motivation letter (maximum 2000 characters), a CV (maximum
   2 pages)
   -

   (Optional) A recommendation letter from their PI or advisor (maximum 1
   page)
   -

   All applicants must also submit a poster and extended abstract.
