One PhD Fellowship and one Postdoctoral Fellowship are available in my group in the Department of Informatics at the University of Oslo and the Norwegian Centre of Excellence Integreat<https://www.integreat.no/>.
The positions are funded by a prestigious FRIPRO Grant for Early Career Scientists<https://www.integreat.no/news/two-new-integreat-pis-awarded-fripro-grants-ingrid.html> and are built on our ongoing Integreat project “Embedded Sufficient Statistics”<https://www.integreat.no/research/projects/embedded-sufficient-statistics.html>. You will understand how neural networks extract the most relevant information of the data, develop efficient and robust algorithms for realistic settings in terms of data and computing resources, and collaborate to address major challenges in important applications.
