Dear colleagues,



My name is Dr. Kris A. Lord, and I’m simultaneously running for Mayor, Comptroller, Public Advocate, and City Council Member (District 42) of New York City. My campaign proposes a radical new governance model—one in which AI-augmented human cognition and distributed scientific leadership form the foundation of public administration.



What I’m Building:

Cognitive cloning through AI systems modeled on human neural dynamics
Embodied robotic “AI twins” to assist with physical labor and fieldwork
A global co-governance structure where scientists, engineers, and citizens become shadow officials (co-mayors, co-comptrollers, etc.)
A legal-political framework that allows AI and humans to govern together
