Call for Papers for Special Track on Explainable and Interactive Hybrid Decision Making: https://xaiworldconference.com/2025/explainable-and-interactive-hybrid-decision-making/
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This special track explores human-AI interaction in explainable AI (XAI) by integrating traditional XAI techniques with external knowledge sources. It focuses on hybrid human-AI decision-making, leveraging human expertise—intuition, ethics, and context—with AI’s data processing and predictive capabilities. The track emphasizes systems that provide accurate predictions and contextually meaningful explanations tailored to diverse users. These systems combine structured knowledge bases for consistency, unstructured data for adaptability, and multidisciplinary approaches for user-centric design. Addressing challenges in data integration, context awareness, and explanation personalization, the track highlights how explainable hybrid systems enhance decision quality, foster trust, and ensure ethical accountability. Submissions should present innovative methods that explain both “how” decisions are made and “why” they matter, promoting transparent and collaborative human-AI interaction.

Submission Guidelines
Submitted manuscripts must be novel and not substantially duplicate existing work. Manuscripts must be written using Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) in the format provided here. Latex and word files are admitted; however, the former is preferred. All submissions and reviews will be handled electronically. The conference has a no dual submission policy, so submitted manuscripts must not be currently under review at another publication venue.
Works can be submitted here
