Dear AI/CS/ECE student/scientist/engineer/enthusiast,

the International AI Doctoral Academy (AIDA <https://www.i-aida.org/>) is
excited to invite you to attend the upcoming short course “*Consumers in
markets – Artificial Intelligence, digital markets and consumers*" offered
by *Prof. Mireia Artigot Golobardes* at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.



This course aims to provide an in-depth analysis of current aspects of
digital market functioning and the relationships between key market
participants—suppliers, consumers, and digital platforms. A special focus
will be placed on European law, with an emphasis on comparative aspects
with U.S. law.



*Level*: Undergraduate/ Postgraduate depending on the student's background

*Course Duration: *12 sessions of 1.5 hours, starting on 07/10/2024.

*Schedule: *Course will meet on *Tuesdays from 14:30 to 16:30* but 3
lectures will be on other schedules still to be determined. The course
is *online
for non-UPF (AIDA and non-AIDA) students*. The link to the zoom sessions
will be made available in the next few days (please refer to the course
page).
