MIWAI 2024: 17th Multi-disciplinary International Conference on Artificial
Intelligence
Pattaya City, Thailand
November 11-15, 2024
Conference website: https://miwai24.miwai.org/
========================================

Artificial Intelligence (AI) research has broad applications in many real
world problems. Examples include control, planning and scheduling, pattern
recognition, knowledge mining, software applications, strategy games and
others. The ever-evolving needs in society and business both on a local and
on a global scale demanding better technologies for solving more and more
complex problems. Such needs can be found in all industrial sectors and in
any part of the world.

The Multi-disciplinary International Conference on Artificial Intelligence
(MIWAI), formerly called The Multi-disciplinary International Workshop on
Artificial Intelligence, is a well established scientific venue in the
field of artificial Intelligence. MIWAI was established more than 16 years.
This conference aims to be a meeting place where excellence in AI research
meets the needs for solving dynamic and complex problems in the real world.
The academic researchers, developers, and industrial practitioners will
have extensive opportunities to present their original work, technological
advances and practical problems. Participants can learn from each other and
exchange their experiences in order to fine tune their activities in order
to help each other better. The main purposes of the MIWAI series of
conference are:
-- To provide a meeting place for AI researchers and practitioners.
-- To inform research students about cutting-edge AI research via the
presence of outstanding international invited speakers.
-- To raise the standards of practice of AI research by providing
researchers and students with feedback from an internationally-renowned
program committee.

Submission
************************
Submissions to the conference must not have been published or be
concurrently considered for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be
judged on the basis of originality, contribution to the field, technical
and presentation quality, and relevance to the conference. Submissions
should be anonymized: The authors' names and institutions should not appear
in the paper. Unpublished work of the authors should not be cited. The
proceedings will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Artificial
Intelligence (LNAI) series. Contributions should be submitted to one of
the following categories:

Regular technical papers: A regular technical paper presents a novel
contribution, which could for instance be theoretical, algorithmic,
methodological, or empirical. Such paper should have no more than twelve
(12) pages in the Springer-Verlag LNCS style.

Survey papers: A survey paper should provide a structured and synthesized
view of a well-established AI body of research, in which one of the authors
should have made some contributions. Such paper should have no more than
twelve (12) pages in the Springer-Verlag LNCS style.

We encourage contributions presenting thought-provoking ideas and promising
(preliminary) results in realizing them. We also encourage researchers and
practitioners to submit reports on work in progress to discuss ongoing
research, practical experience, challenges or issues related to artificial
intelligence.

All submitted papers and extended abstracts have to be written in English
and must be submitted in the form of a PDF file using the EasyChair online
submission system, at the following link:
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=miwai2024. Instruction for the
Springer Nature LNCS style:
