Connectionists: Misfolded Protein spreading prediction and simulation

We have a Python framweork for misfolded protein spreading using

Network Diffusion Model (NDM) Raj et al.
Epidemic Spreading Model (ESM) Iturria-Medina et al.
Constrained Multivariate Autoregressive Model (MAR) Gherardini et al.

Soon expanded with topological data analysis.

It has been tested with PET data from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging
Initiative (ADNI).

We are open minded for extensions (also other neurodegenerations than
Alzheimer) , or let us know if you find a bug.
