Princeton University seeks to hire Postdoctoral Research Associates as part of a new initiative exploring the applications and implications of Artificial Intelligence. The Natural and Artificial Minds initiative takes advantage of advances in AI to study natural and artificial minds in parallel, creating the opportunity to make discoveries about ourselves and to find new ways to understand and improve AI systems. Candidates should have recently received or are about to receive a Ph.D. or doctorate degree and have a strong interest and track record in designing, understanding, or engineering of AI models, and their applications in cognitive science. Applicants may also be interested in the AI for Accelerating Invention initiative, which is also seeking Postdoctoral Research Associates in a parallel job posting.
