Connectionists: Final Extension of Deadline (ISMSI23)

Dear esteemed colleagues,

This is to let you know that in view of numerous requests from our peers,
the deadline for submission of manuscripts for 2023 7th ISMSI has been
extended for a final time, till 10th March, 2023.

As intimated previously, the conference had to converted into a virtual
format due to the recent surge in Coronavirus cases in China.
