Colleagues and friends,

I would like to bring to your attention an exciting new algorithm that
requires only forward passes.

Here are some of its significant features:

1. It requires only forward passes and computes locally - leading to
decreased hardware and memory needs

2. It does not require fixing classes in advance, but instead adds
classes as needed on the go – suiting it particularly to lifelong learning

3. It processes (I,O) sequences - without waiting before taking in the
next ones- operating as a pipeline, processing deeper and shallower areas
simultaneously; these attributes make it particularly appropriate for
online and lifelong learning

4. It works with different kinds of neurons, e.g., regular deep network
and spiking neurons

Here is the link (to previous version):
https://arxiv.org/pdf/2204.01723.pdf

Try it, it works amazingly well.

Best regards –

Hava
