The CRCNS Research Project “Language representations in bilinguals”
addresses the question of how more than one language can co-exist in the
human brain.
We will develop a computational framework to understand how linguistic
information across different languages is represented in bilinguals.
Computational encoding models in combination with deep learning-based
machine learning techniques will be developed, compared, and applied to
identify linguistic representations in the brain.
This work is in collaboration with Klaus Obermayer
