This is to share with you that after taking stock of the current global
scenario, *lSMSl21*, an annual international event of India Intl. Congress
on Computational Intelligence & technically co sponsored by  Euro (The
Association of European Operational research Societies)/ its spl. interest
group on Metaheuristics, had been converted to a *full fledged virtual
conference *on the same date(s).
