Dear Researchers,
Science Beam institute would like to take the opportunity to invite you for
“EEG/ERPs Recording and Analyses, A multifaceted approach to EEG signals” Online Course
to be held on January-February 2021. This is going to be a 6-session course which is coming after the “EEG/ERPs Recording and Analyses” WEBINAR lectured by Dr. Raphaël Fargier on December 1st, 2020. You can watch the introductory recorded webinar using the link below:

Due to many positive feedbacks that we received from the registrants of the webinar, we have planned to organize a complete and detailed course with Dr. Raphaël Fargier in order to cover all the details and methods included in EEG/ERP recording and analyses as a multifaceted approach to EEG signals. This is our honor to be the organizer of such a valuable course with one of the best instructors in the field.
Dr. Raphaël Fargier, PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, France, is a researcher in cognitive neuroscience with 10 years of experience and his research is focused on semantic cognition and on the neurobiology of language. Click here to learn more about his background and researches.
EEG/ERPs Recording and Analyses course is designed for researchers, scientists and students who are new to this topic and those who already have some experience with EEG-ERPs and would like to improve their existing knowledge. Registration includes workshop materials and a certificate of attendance upon completion of the course.
During this course you will learn:
➢ Neural signals from theory to practice
➢ Basics of EEG/ERP experimental designs in cognitive neuroscience and recordings
➢ EEG pre-processing
➢ Event-related potentials
➢ Microstates/Spatio-temporal dynamics of stable electrophysiological patterns
➢ Brain oscillatory dynamics
➢ Case studies: Theoretical and experimental issues in electrophysiology of language
Dr. Raphael Fargier’s approach:
• Skill-based pedagogy
• Neural signals from theory to practice
• Tutorials on EEG signal processing
• Interactive mentoring for research on cognitive/language electrophysiology
