Dear All:

The 2019 6th Intl. Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence 
(ISCMI 2019). The Conference will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa 
during November 19-20, 2019. The main objective of ISCMI 2019 is to 
present the latest research and results of scientists related to Soft 
Computing & Machine Intelligence topics. This conference provides 
opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to 
establish business or research relations as well as to find global 
partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results 
will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up- to- 
date scientific fields. ISCMI 2019 is organized by India International 
Congress on Computational Intelligence(IICCI), with association of 
University of Johannesburg and technically supported by Technical 
Committee on Machine Learning, lEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics Society.
