We are happy to announce that the 3rd General Video Game AI Single-Player Learning Competition will be organised at the IEEE’s 2019 Congress on Evolutionary Computation (IEEE CEC2019)<http://cec2019.org/>, Wellington (New Zealand). GVGAI Learning Track has been interfaced to OpenAI Gym!!!
