Connectionists: AICAS 2020 IEEE AI Circuits and Systems - paper deadline Sept 30

The 2020 "IEEE Artificial Intelligence Circuits and Systems" conference 
paper/demo deadline is Sept 30. Final paper deadline will be Dec 23 and 
conference will take place in Genova Italy in March 2020. There is also 
a call for tutorials.

AICAS is a major initiative of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society 
Board of Governors aimed to stand between ISSCC (solid state circuits) 
and machine learning conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR.

AICAS 2019 (http://www.aicas2019.org/) took place last March in Taiwan 
with about 400 attendees and 75 accepted papers (about 40% acceptance rate).
