Connectionists: Full PhD scholarship on Research in areas of Machine Learning and Data Science, Western Sydney University, Australia

We are offering a research scholarship and tuition fee waiver to a highly motivated PhD student at the Centre for Research in Mathematics, Western Sydney University. Our team conducts research both in the theoretical aspects of data science, such as computational statistics and machine learning methods (for example deep learning and reinforcement learning), as well as in problems arising from applications across a very broad spectrum of partners in business and government.

Required qualifications are a first class honours or a Master degree with a research component, in relevant areas of Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
