PhD position in the School of Computer Science and Statistics (SCSS), Trinity College Dublin (TCD). 

The position is part of a project working on the areas of privacy and data analytics for online services. Of particular interest is the development of privacy-enhanced data analytics methods to support decision making (by making recommendations etc) by users and the development of tools for the analysis of the privacy provided (or not provided!) by existing tools/mobile apps. Relevant analytic tools include methods from Bayesian statistics, stochastic optimisation, decision and queueing theory.

TCD is the leading university in Ireland and SCSS is the top ranked Computer Science department.
