Integrating Hebbian and homeostatic plasticity

You are kindly invited to this meeting organized by Kevin Fox and 
Michael Stryker which will bring together computational and experimental 
neuroscientists to discuss how interactions between Hebbian plasticity 
and homeostatic plasticity occur and how they can be detected and 
interrogated at the systems level.
