Connectionists: postdoc position - computational systems (neuro-)biology

Dear all,

KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm has currently an open postdoc position in systems biology/computational neuroscience at Dept of Computational Science and Technology. The position, which is to be integrated into the Human Brain Project, is focused on modeling subcellular signaling pathways involved in synaptic plasticity, and investigating those using a systems biology approach. The ideal candidate has a PhD in a field such as computational biology, neuroscience, systems biology, (bio-)physics/biochemistry, etc, as well as has acquired computer science and programming skills.

A postdoc position at KTH is normally for two years, but in case the date for the PhD degree is at most three years old at the time of application for a postdoc position, the position can be extended for two additional years. Application deadline 5 Sept 2016.
