The challenge: 
Accurately predict seizure activity from intracranial EEG data from dogs with naturally occurring epilepsy, and from patients with medication-resistant seizures recorded during evaluation for epilepsy surgery.  

This is an international competition sponsored by the American Epilepsy Society (AES), National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS, part of NIH) and the Epilepsy Foundation.
