Postdoc position in information processing for Neuroscience

We are looking for someone willing to participate to ongoing projects conducted in vivo based on electrophysiological and molecular recordings in several brain regions in rodents (anaesthetised and freely moving) to analyse multidimensional datasets. These projects gather neurobiologists,  theoretical neuroscientists, specialists in organic electronics and clinicians (some projects are epilepsy-oriented).

The candidate must have good knowledge in both signal processing and basic neurophysiology (how neurones and neuronal networks communicate through spikes, LFP and oscillations)
Signal processing:
	- LFP analysis: spectral analysis, correlation/coherence/causality
	- spike sorting
	- statistics
Matlab-based programming
These tools will ideally developed on different OS (Ubuntu mainly, Mac, Windows)  

Recent publications of the team: Quilichini et al., Neuron, 2012; Khodagholy et al., Nature Comm,  2013; Silva et al., Science TM 2013.
