*** PROCEEDINGS:
SOCO'14 proceedings will be published by Springer in a special volume of Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing (Springer), indexed by ISI Proceedings, DBLP and Springerlink, among others. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity.
Every submitted paper to SOCO'14 will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee.
***CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSIONS AND WORKSHOPS:
In addition to regular sessions, participants are encouraged to organize special sessions and workshops on specialized topics. Each special session should have at least 4 or 5 quality papers.
Special session organizers will solicit submissions; conduct reviews jointly with the SOCO'14 PC and in the same way recommend accept/reject decisions on the submitted papers.

SOCO'14 proceedings will be published by Springer in special volume of Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing (Springer), indexed by ISI Proceedings, DBLP and Springerlink, among others.
All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Every submitted paper to SOCO'14 will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee.
Papers must be prepared according to Springer’s templates (MS Word or LaTeX format) for the Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing volume series (www.springer.com/series/4240) and must be no more than ten (10) pages long, including figures and bibliography. Additional pages (over 10 pages) will be charged at 150 Euro each.
