Dear Connectionists,

The 8th International Conference on Neural Network and Artificial
Intelligence (ICNNAI-2014) will be held on 3-6 June 2014 in Brest, Belarus.
(See http://icnnai.bstu.by/2014/cfp.html). Submission due is 25 February.
10 days to go. Submission should be via Springer's OCS:

It would not be possible to extend the due. So, we encourage you a little
earlier submission, one day or two, just in case unpredictable things
happens.

Belarus is still a land of fairly well-kept secret. In this lovely wonder
land, with luck, you'll find something that could not be discovered
elsewhere.
