Postdoctoral position in computational modelling of in-vivo calcium imaging at Inria:

The Mycenae and Aramis Teams, at the Inria Research Institute in Paris, are recruiting a highly motivated postdoctoral associate to work on models of neuronal activity and connectivity from in-vivo calcium imaging. The focus of this research is on designing models of calcium activity and developing functional connectivity analysis methods in order to create models incorporating the spatial information of neurons to predict functional networks topology.
