Connectionists: Workshop at CNS 2013 - announcement and call for short talks

Hi everybody,

we are glad to announce a workshop at the next CNS meeting in Paris on
"Network neuroscience: structure and dynamics".

In order to complement the talks of the eight invited speakers, we are glad
to accept four contributed short talks (15 minutes) related to the themes
of the workshop.
