Connectionists: Fully Funded PhD studentship exploring the neural mechanisms of motion perception

undergraduates and masters students.


We are seeking a PhD student for a project combining single cell 
electrophysiology and computational modelling to investigate the neural 
mechanisms of motion anaylsis in the visual system.  This work will be 
carried out at King's College London in both the MRC Centre for 
Developmental Neurobiology (under the supervision of Prof. Ian Thompson) 
and the Centre for Robotics Research (under the supervision of Dr 
Michael Spratling).
