PAPER SUBMISSION

Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high quality 
manuscripts of up to eight A4-pages electronically.  The submission 
must  conform to the Springer LNCS format.  All accepted papers will be 
able to be published in proceedings of ICONIP'09 as a Springer LNCS  
volume.  Extended version of selected papers will be invited for 
publication in special issues of international journals after the  
conference.

The ICONIP'09 online submission system is at Springer's Online
